Kelsey completed an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University and then an Advanced Athletic Therapy Certification at Mount Royal University. She then went on to become a Certified Athletic Therapist through the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association.
A life-long love for sports, combined with her own struggle to rehabilitate an ankle injury in high school, led Kelsey to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy. Kelsey is passionate about helping her clients prevent and rehabilitate injuries. She doesn't believe that her clients should ever be told “you can’t play any more”. As a result, Kelsey utilizes her skills to help her clients do what they love in life, whether that be playing lacrosse, running, paddle boarding, gardening or video gaming.
Kelsey's goal is to return you to YOUR active lifestyle.
