Who We Are
Scott has been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years. Scott obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. He then went to Sheridan College where he completed a second Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy and became certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. Soon after, Scott became a Registered Massage Therapist. Between 2011 and 2014, Scott worked with Cricket Canada as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist of the national team. In 2015 Scott obtained a Masters degree in exercise science from Edith Cowan University. More recently, in 2017, Scott completed his Level 2 nutrition coaching certification with Precision Nutrition.
Sean is a certified personal trainer through canfitpro who has been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 7 years. He is currently in his last year of schooling to become a registered massage therapist in BC. In addition to formal schooling, Sean has certifications in Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Assessment and is a level 1 Kinstretch Instructor. Sean's training style focuses on maintaining and improving full range strength, movement quality and conditioning.
Karina has been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 4 years, but has been immersed within athletics her whole life. Former elite level hockey player and gymnast, Karina has a passion for quality movement that only grew after obtaining her ACE Personal Training Certification. Soon going on to obtain her TRX Suspension and Group Training Qualifications, she moved into coaching young athletes on how to find their strength. Karina has a passion for always learning, and encouraging her clients to find the why behind their health and fitness mission. Later obtaining her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, Karina’s mission has grown into guiding clients towards holistic, nourishing health practices. As a whole, Karina believes health and fitness is a lifestyle to be enjoyed through all of life’s challenges every day.
