Scott Stanger
Scott has been in the fitness industry for the last 15 years. Scott obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Western University. He then went to Sheridan College where he completed a second Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Therapy and became certified with the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. Soon after, Scott became a Registered Massage Therapist. Between 2011 and 2014, Scott worked with Cricket Canada as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist of the national team. In 2015 Scott obtained a Masters degree in exercise science from Edith Cowan University. More recently, in 2017, Scott completed his Level 2 nutrition coaching certification with Precision Nutrition.

Max Bergot
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Max was dedicated to sports such as soccer, lacrosse, and skiing – he was even invited to play in the national lacrosse tournament at Notre Dame University in Indiana where he was named MVP. Max moved to Kelowna in 2017 to attend UBC Okanagan where he completed his Bachelor of Exercise Sciences. He obtained his CSEP Personal Training certification in 2021 and has been working in the fitness field for over 1 year. After experiencing the enormous physical and mental health benefits of exercise, Max gained a passion for fitness and nutrition and strives to help others reach their health goals.

Karina Lannard
Karina has been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 4 years, but has been immersed within athletics her whole life. Former elite level hockey player and gymnast, Karina has a passion for quality movement that only grew after obtaining her ACE Personal Training Certification. Soon going on to obtain her TRX Suspension and Group Training Qualifications, she moved into coaching young athletes on how to find their strength. Karina has a passion for always learning, and encouraging her clients to find the why behind their health and fitness mission. Later obtaining her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, Karina’s mission has grown into guiding clients towards holistic, nourishing health practices. As a whole, Karina believes health and fitness is a lifestyle to be enjoyed through all of life’s challenges every day.
