FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS?

HOW MANY PEOPLE  IN A GROUP SESSION?

In a group strength session there is a maximum of 4 people working on their own individual workout program under the supervision of one coach

IS THIS GROUP FITNESS?

No! In a group fitness class everyone is doing the same workout, at the same time.  In our group strength sessions everyone is working on their own individualized program, at their own pace.

IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?

Our memberships require a minimum 12-week commitment.  We believe that 12-weeks is required to see significant progress towards your goals.

WHEN ARE YOUR SESSION TIMES?

We have over 20 different session time options daily.  We have a session time as early as 5:45am, and as late a 6pm.  On weekends we have session times in the mornings.
